Details

Computer manufacturers pay $10,000 initial registration fee, $1,000 thereafter. Must submit an equipment recycling plan or participate in a joint plan.  TV manufactures pay $2,500 per year and obligations are based on marked share. Covers TVs, desktop computers, monitors, laptops, keyboards and mice.

Yes  (No landfill and incinerator disposal for computer equipment and TVs as of January 1, 2011)
