Details

Consumers pay fee upon purchase ($8 to $25), which the state uses to reimburse recyclers and collectors. At the time of recycling, there is no fee to consumers or businesses. Covers TVs, monitors, laptops, portable DVD players and cathode ray tubes (bare or within a device).
