The honor was presented during a banquet dinner at the AOR Sustainable Oregon 2013 Conference in Seaside, Oregon.
Binghamton, NY (May 23, 2013) –This spring, Universal Recycling Technologies, LLC (URT) partnered with the Binghamton Mets (B-Mets) to offer free electronics waste (e-waste) recycling to residents of the greater Binghamton area all summer long via a static container located at the B-Mets stadium. This weekend, residents that dropped off e-waste for recycling at URT’s Binghamton facility since the partnership formed will attend the Friday or Saturday night B-Mets game for free. For the past few weeks, URT has been giving away ball tickets to recycling participants that brought e-waste to the URT facility located at 155 Court Street.

Consumers are now able to drop off their outdated or obsolete electronics at a static recycling bin located in the NYSEG stadium parking lot. The Madison Streets Division announced on Tuesday that CDs, DVDs and their hard plastic "jewel box" cases can be recycled at the drop-off sites at 4602 Sycamore Ave. and 1501 W. Badger Road.
